    Non-Paid Software Engineering Intern — Next.js + Firebase + Gemini (AI)

    Build a secure onboarding experience, an AI support chatbot, and AI-assisted writing workflows using Next.js, Firebase, and Gemini.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build production-ready UI features in Next.js (React)
    • Implement multi-step onboarding forms with autosave and validation
    • Design Firestore data models and Security Rules
    • Develop an AI support chatbot using Gemini
    • Build AI-assisted content iteration loops
    Non-Paid
    Non-Paid Fundraising & Donor Relations Intern — Community Grants

    Build relationships with sponsors and donors to support client fundraisers and contribute to our donor-advised fund (DAF).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research and build outreach lists of potential sponsors
    • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
    • Draft donor-facing materials and pitches
    • Maintain the prospect pipeline
    • Support stewardship and thank-you efforts

    Weekly Planning & Review

    30–60 minute sessions to choose a shippable slice, clarify criteria, and unblock progress.

    Asynchronous Guidance

    Direct project reviews and guidance focused on quality, security, and maintainability.

    Each feature includes a short retrospective on what was learned and what to improve for the next cycle.
